Fun Weekend Ahead!

Hello again friends,

We hope everyone is doing well today.

This weekend is going be great! As the first official weekend of this year’s Mocktoberfest, we will be celebrating Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day at the Children’s Home in Winston-Salem on Saturday from 11am-3pm. After that, we will continue the festivities with a “Big Kids MTB Ride”, which will leave the shop at 3:30 Saturday afternoon. The shop itself will close at 3 pm on October 4th.

Then, on the following Sunday, we are very much looking forward to “Cyclocross at SECCA“, with races beginning at 9:30 am and continuing into the afternoon. For a complete schedule or to pre-register click here. This event should be great for spectators as well as racers, so come on out this Sunday for some great cross action!

There has been one schedule amendment in this weekends’ itinerary, and that is that Sunday’s Kona Dirt Demo will take place at SECCA after the cyclocross racing draws to a close around 2 pm. So the Kona Demo will take place at SECCA immediately following the cross event on Sunday, not at Hobby Park as previously announced.
