June 18, 2009

Hello Friends,

Saturday, June 27, is going to be a great day here at Mock Orange Bikes. We will be hosting a National MS Society Tour to Tanglewood training ride. Registration for this ride begins at 7:30 am and the ride will leave the shop at 8:30 am. The route will be around 40 miles, out Baux Mtn. Road and back. Rest stops and a shorter route option will be available. We will have raffle prizes for participants of the ride in the form of Smith Optics sunglasses, Tifosi sunglasses, and Bell Helmets. Riders will be entered into the raffle automatically as they register for the ride. Winners will be announced 15 minutes prior to the ride departure. Additionally, free coffee and doughnuts will be available in the morning. Zipp will be on hand conducting a demo all day as well so this will be a great opportunity to test ride that pair of Zipp wheels you have had your eye on. Every item in the store will be marked down 10% on June 27th. We are very excited about this special event, so please come out and join the fun on Saturday, June 27th!

A quick note about parking and registration on the 27th: We will be utilizing the two upper parking lots on either side of Northwest Blvd. near Hawthorne Road and the slots along Northwest Blvd. between Hawthorne Road and Reynolda Road. The two upper parking lots are adjacent to Wiley Middle and Reynolds High Schools, respectively. Please keep a clear path for the activity busses parked in these lots. The shop is easily accessible by bike from these parking areas. Day-of registration will be at the shop. The address for Wiley Middle School is 1400 W Northwest Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27104.

Thanks!
